Impulse Dynamic – Optimizer Smart Implantable Pulse Generator

Principal investigator: Dr. Charles Jost, Dr. Mineskanian, Dr. Kaplan.

A device for patient’s with heart failure designed to remodel the heart to increase the heart’s efficiency, and improve the symptoms of heart failure.

Impulse Dynamic Modulator for patients with CHF, Cardiac Heart Failure, and Low Heart Function who are not candidates for Defibrillator with three lead systems.

Impulse Dynamic for Patients with preserved heart function but CHF symptoms
